How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–8 business days in the US. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, but reach out to us as soon as possible at support@zapora.store and we’ll do our best to help before it ships.

Products

How do the solar products charge?

All Zapora™ solar products have a built-in solar panel that charges automatically during daylight hours. Most products also include a USB backup charging option for cloudy days or indoor use.

Are the bug zappers safe around kids and pets?

Yes. Our outdoor bug zappers use an electric zap grid that is enclosed and positioned away from accidental contact. Our indoor Insect Trap uses UV light and suction — no exposed grid at all. No chemicals are used in any of our pest control products.

Are the products weatherproof?

All outdoor Zapora™ products are designed to withstand rain, wind, and heat. They are rated for outdoor use year-round in most US climates.

How do I set up my Zapora™ product?

Setup is designed to take under 5 minutes with no tools required. Each product includes a quick-start guide, and detailed instructions are available on each product page.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, contact us at support@zapora.store and we’ll arrange a return or replacement — no hassle.

What if my product arrives damaged?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@zapora.store with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement right away.
